  • infringe rights
  • Breach these Terms

4.6. We are not responsible for user-generated content or user interactions.

4.7. The Platform may contain third-party links or advertisements, for which we bear no responsibility.

5. POSTING OF LISTINGS

5.1. Users must provide accurate and complete information in listings.

5.2. Contact details must be valid and reachable.

5.3. Prices must be clear and truthful.

5.4. Listings must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

5.5. Pearl Ghana may request identity verification or supporting documents.

6. FEES

6.1. The Platform may offer both free and paid services.

6.2. Paid features may include:

  • promoted listings
  • premium visibility

6.3. Fees are displayed on the Platform and may change at any time.

6.4. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Platform, you agree that:

7.2. You will comply with all applicable laws.
7.3. You will not post:

  • false or misleading content
  • illegal goods or services
  • stolen or counterfeit items

10.2. By posting, you grant Pearl Ghana a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content.

10.3. All Platform content (excluding user content) is owned or licensed by Pearl Ghana and may not be used without permission.

10.4. Copyright complaints may be submitted via official support channels.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

12.2. We may transfer our rights under these Terms at any time.

12.3. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
